What will I receive?
A canvas print of the painting you choose, printed to order in the size you pick.

How do I choose a painting and size?
On the product page, tap a painting in the row of thumbnails or tap See all to browse every painting. Then pick a size from S to XXL. The exact measurements show under the sizes, and the full size table is in the Size guide section on the same page.

Which size should I get?
Mark the size on your wall with painter's tape before you order. Portrait paintings are twice as tall as they are wide, landscape paintings are twice as wide as they are tall, and square paintings are equal on both sides.

Can I order more than one painting?
Yes. Add each painting to your cart, then check out once.

What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount when you pay.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, much of Europe and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you.

How much is shipping?
US orders ship for $6.95, or free on orders of $75 or more. Shipping to other countries is calculated at checkout, before you pay. See our Shipping Policy.

Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes your tracking number. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, then email us with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before your canvas goes to print. Email us as soon as possible.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return a canvas if I change my mind?
Because every canvas is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns.

Is WallLoot an official Minecraft store?
No. WallLoot is an independent store and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
